Submit a Request: You may use the Request Form on this page to reserve a Ceremonial Release or phone us directly at (207) 514-0222. You may also e-mail us at tbrautigam@roadrunner.com for a fast response. - All performed dove releases and services offered are tailored to the individual client’s desires. We are prepared to serve all New England States with as little as 48 hours notice for Funerals or Memorial Services. Wedding Dove Releases should be booked at the earliest possible time to assure availability. However as we have grown considerably in the past two years it is never too late to place your request with us.

A recommended dove release includes a presenter attired in a tuxedo, an individually composed reading submitted to the client beforehand for approval, the presentation of a white dove in hand to the designated honorees followed by the release of a flock.

Because all contracted releases are subject to date, time, and site of release the cost can only be determined after the client’s desires have been taken into consideration. Theresa will work with you to provide you with affordable services to meet your budget and desires while providing you with a most memorable addition to your special occasion so just ask for her when getting in touch with us.

Terms and conditions: All releases are booked under a contractual proposal that clearly states the agreements reached and an initial deposit is required to assure the time, place and date of the release. Payment in full is due two weeks prior to the release date. All of our releases are scheduled to take place at a time when the doves will have ample opportunity to return to their nests before dark. Although they can be safely released in mild rain we will not perform a release in severe weather such as thunder storms. For this reason we ask our clientele outside our immediate area to advise us on the day of their function if there is a possibility of such an occurrence where the release is scheduled to take place. In this circumstance all the deposits would be refunded. If we arrive at the site prepared to perform a release and cannot do so due to conditions detrimental to the safety of the doves the contracted payment would not be refunded.

Each and every dove represents a large investment of love, time and money on our part. Once this is understood, we have no doubt our clients will appreciate why the safety of the doves must remain our top priority. This in no way takes away from our true desire to provide a service that is memorable to those who wish to add a symbolic touch to their special occasion.
